Pregnancy puts an INCREDIBLE DEMAND on our bodies…It is crucial to be nourishing ourselves and our growing babies with nutrient-dense, “real” foods during this time especially. Bringing in more whole foods, and emphasizing vegetables and fruits, greatly improves our body’s ability to fight off illnesses and thrive physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Helping clients make healthier food choices more often is something that I have enjoyed doing for over 19 years. I use my Health Educator background regularly so families can learn easy ways to feel better and ‘fuel’ better each day.
Discussing dietary wants and needs, grocery shopping for families, and preparing meals for the week, or on a shift by shift basis, are all options for postpartum care I offer.
